Yoga in Schools

This is what yoga in schools looks like: It is a sweatshirt becoming a yoga mat. And laughter at silly Sanskrit words. It is intercom interruptions. And finally learning to breathe. It is an unsacred place becoming holy. . Yoga Village is doing amazing work in schools, and I was privileged enough to teach this wonderful bunch of yogis today. Let’s make more schools places full of mindfulness. And letting go of the ego. And learning to love ourselves and others well. Let’s get yoga in more schools!
