Easy & Delicious Red Bell Pepper Hummus
Obsessed with this hummus! It's easy and I know exactly what is going into my body.
2 cans garbanzo beans
1 red bell pepper
3 cloves garlic (or more ;) if you're me)
2/3 cup tahini
1 lemon (you will juice the lemon)
salt to taste
Rough chop red bell pepper and sauté in a pan with butter until there is some color. Rinse garbanzo beans and dry in salad spinner. Put all ingredients in the food processor until smooth. May need to add water to make the consistency what you would like.
My fave things to dip into my hummus: Wasa crackers, broccoli, carrots, rolled up deli meat and cheese
